My bed arrived at their store in The Grove on 17 August and delivery was only arranged after I repeatedly had to call the store to find out what was going on. Delivery is now only happening on 23 August and I they cannot provide any details on what time.
To summarize the attitude of the staff at Dail a Bed The Grove stinks and they couldn't be bothered to help you solve a problem. Once they have your money they simply don't care.
They should let you pay 50% and the balance on delivery to move the process faster.
