4 Weeks ago I decided to use my Edgars account that I hardly ever use... To my surprise I was informed that my account was maxed and that I could not buy the shoes I've selected. I received the slip from the teller that wasn't too friendly in helping and pointed me to their customer care centre. The guy there promised me that he will have it resolved in two weeks and all the money that was used on my account will be reversed. He also told me that this has happened to him twice already as well??? And then I told him that this was my second time to?? I need to know what type of people does Edgars employ??? No one came back to me regarding this I decided to phone today and was told that I must phone there other department and was revered around and around??? Is this where our country is heading??? It is sad. They even changed my details so that I did not receive and statements??? At least Edgars trained there people well???
