Bad attitude and unhelpful staff membe

On 10 March2013 i bought a home entertainment centre from PnP Northgate. On 6 April 2013 while trying to connect the system i noticed that the dvd supplied was not blu ray and the model number was different to the booklet supplied. On 8 April i went to Samsungs customer care centre in Roodepoort, they ask me to go back to PnP. On 8 April i mailed PnP ref 276184 and explained the situation, to date no reply. On 20 April i went to the store. Was referred to Alfred, he asked for the proof of purchase and the box the items were supplied. Explained that box was gone and the slip was misplaced, he could however check their invoice book and the Smart Shoppercard as proof of payment. Alfred said he could not help, they have many invoice books so it was my problem, he did not have time for my problem! This guy must be kept away from customers at all cost!!
