I am on the brink of closing my edgars account just so I don't have to deal with the staff with bad attitides at mthatha plaza. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes while slow paced Gugu deals with a mere two customers in front of me when it is finally my turn he decides to grab his mates from the back of the queue in order to serve them firs. When I told him I had arrived first he said no i must wait for the other staff member who is currenly dealing with another customer and he proceeded to help his buddy. Needless to say that resulted in another 10 minute wait for me while I watch people who arrived before me getting served. I honestly have no problem with other edgars branches but when it comes to mthatha plaza (which is unfortunately where I am most of the time) there seems to always be a problem with customer service. I have had enough!
