I am so disappointed

I had an Edgars account previously. After 3 years I applied to have the account re-opened. Nobody came back to me indicating that I should only phone in and not re-apply from scratch (after more than 6 calls to the call centre, and 7 days of waiting). Eventually when I managed to get the account re-opened they advised me to go and activate a new card at any Edgars branch. I went to the East gate branch and waited in the queue for 45 min (being second in line), the lady told me to wait in another queue, which I did, for another 15 minutes (being the only one in line) because the lady was too busy explaining to a fellow staff member that her hair needs attention! When she finally assisted me she told me to go and wait in the queue I started off in, pathetic. I did so without complaining. Then I waited another 15 min to be assisted. The lady the told me that she cant assist me as they have no cards left, I was directed to Boardmans, they told me they can't assist as it is too late. I then went to Edgars active and they assisted me, thank you for the extra effort put in. When I went back to Edgars and they were issueing cards to the clients? Please tell me how lazy you need to be to lie?
