I purchased a Guess watch from Edgars in October 2012.
Three digits/hour markers began to fall out in May 2013.
I proceeded to Edgars Cresta to hand the watch for repairs.
They phoned me to tell me that the watch is ready for collection.
I went on Sunday to Cresta branch. First I had to wait for 20 minutes because the lady was on lunch.
When she arrived back and returned my watch I saw that the "12" digit had now fallen.
The manager (Martha) promised to phone me on Monday 15th July 2013 to tell me how they plan to resolve this as I cant be expected to wait another 6 weeks without the watch.
It is Tuesday afternoon and I am still waiting. This is the last time I buy a watch at Edgars.
