I received a sms for a promotion from edgars for the month of March, I went there twice but our edgars staff and manager got no clue, like normal there is NO customer service and they don't know the promotions or stock! Previously I went to buy an Este Lauder Base, the Lady told mE it was discontinued, a week later I saw it in George edgars and the lady told me its not discontinued, I went back to edgars mosselbay and ask her to order it, after 2 MONTHS and lots of excuses she phned me and tell me it arrived, when I got to edgars... She gave me something totally different, nothing I ordered! Staff is not friendly
