I went to Edgars a week ago to exchange a garment Customer Service was closed with no sign and where to go for the exchange. There was a passing staff member who just asked don't you see that the place is closed go to the other side. No apology for the inconvenience. When I arrived the other side it was HOT and the fans were just not doing the trick at all. Imagine the staff who works there 8hrs. Poor People's Skills. I waited for about 15-20 minutes in a queue, the service was so slow no sense of urgency at all. I asked to speak to a Manager and the guy called Lucky came and looked very bored to assist and not even apologetic that the store is so HOT and that there was long queues. He came with an attitude after I told him that we have been waiting for about 15-20 minutes what is happening he just said I will see what to do and walked away. He took some customers to other till, I wonder why he did not think of it. 5 minutes later I get the help, Mazwide (Fikile) was more of a Manager than the actually Manager. She was apologetic and apologies about the place being HOT and assisted me. The service at Edgars City is Horrific its a pity I work in town now, Edgars Eastgate is the BEST
