Woolworths is really becoming a nuisance. I opened my account in November 2012. First they send my accounts to the wrong address and hand me over to debt collection, then claim that they haven't. I spent ages on the phone to their head office at the end of February to try and resolve this issue. I'm currently sitting with a store card statement (the first I've ever received from them) dated 11 March 2013 with a payment of R1961.78 due on 05 April 2013 that was delivered to me on 15 April and today (18 April 2013) I got another call asking when I was going to pay my account. I got an sms from them on 05 april saying I owed R310.49. Their system apparently does not allow them to undo the damage they do to people's financial status unless the person in question pays the accumulated installments in total.
