The lady by name of Nonkqubela first told us that they are closing they won't be taking more people after a man that was last on the queue, that was around past 12h00. After that they told us there are 10 disc papers left which were supposed to go up until the lady that had a blue dress, surprisingly she still served about 4 or 5 people after that. A Supervisor by the name of Nosipho Malakana came to address us, but we could not understand where are they getting the paper as they had said long time ago that the paper will be finished when they get to the lady in blue. About 7 people including myself left the post office at about 13h10 without being served. Nonkqubela had a very grumpy face, she didn't seem willing to assist at all. So as Nosipho, because there was a guy that asked them to get the paper from plaza branch as they were not working they were offline they did not even attempt to get the paper in plaza. I had gone to plaza as well before going to mthatha post office, they were offline.
