Logged on to internet banking this morning, to find all my accounts registered as "UNAVAILABLE". On calling the call centre, I was told that I had changed address and not completed FICA details. I have not moved, and have had no warning as to being required to re-FICA. I completed FICA requirements in April. I was told to contact the FICA call centre, which I found out later is closed on a Sunday. I need to now check my banking, but cannot do anything, and also cannot do anything to resolve a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.
