Dear Absa
Please make me understand why my card has been blocked for the 3rd time because of FICA??? I received no communication what so ever telling me there are issues and need to come into the bank. I Fica'd in November then my card was blocked & had to go in in January to FICA. When I asked nobody could tell me why I was doing this again & an assumption was made that my documentation had gone missing. Today I find that my card has been blocked again, when I phoned I'm told its a FICA issue I need to go to the bank!!! WT?
I do not enjoy spending my weekends & free time in your bank, enough is enough this is bull and totally unacceptable. Somebody has to be held accountable coz I don't understand why I have to come in for the 3 rd time in 9 months for the same thing! I've never ever had such issues before, where is Absa going wrong??? Your service really stinks!
