About a week ago, I used my card @ Edgars, Mall@reds... and they told me it is "blocked"!!!
I went to customer service and they could not tell my why it is blocked!!!
They issued me a new card.
There was a women standing next to me in customer service with the same problem!!!
This morning my daughter (add-on to my account), tried to purchase @ CNA Mynlyn.
They told her, her card is also blocked!!! She did not have time to go to customer services.
We have FICA'd now more than 2 times!!! In the stores and on Internet... myself and my daughter.
