For the 2nd time I have been told my joint card is blocked. I am tired of this little game now!!!
I called at 10:10 this morning and was on the phone for more than 10mins. Chantel put me on hold and just never came back to me!!! why is this card BLOCKED AGAIN!!! this account is Fica compliant!!!
I also conveniently didnt receive a statement! please get your act together!
on an account that is over 30yrs old there have been endless problems over the past few months!!!
