Inability to provide any level of service

I have purchased brand new Whirpool appliances. One of which being a brand new freezer, which doesnt function properly, from frost and ice formation to the alarm going off to the temperature function not working, the on screen display not functioning. The eniter motherboard on the unit does not work. After many calls, service and 2 visits by the technician, being on hold for more than 20 minutes on more than 8 different calls to Whirpool's customer support centre 0860 884 401, speaking to the supervisor Allan and the call centre agent Bassani who is completely inefficient. Incorrect part nos, being placed on hold, complete inability to assist with simpliest question on when a part is expected to arrive. No call back or follow up. Whirpool's complete inability to provide after sales service is shocking and completely unacceptabe!
