Whirlpool's after service is shocking

I bought a standing freezer end of Jan 2011 for R7500. On the 27th of October 2012 the freezer stopped working. I phoned them to come and fixed my freezer on the 28th of October. They logged a call out and the the person tried the" on -off" for a day solution, it didnt work.
So i had to book another call out, so he arrived 2 days later. I was at work so my maid said he was there he will phone me back the friday afternoon. He didnt phone me back and the freezer was still not working, so on monday i phoned him and he said he needs to order the part it is going to take 2 weeks!
Iwaited for 3 nothing happened no call! So i phoned them again and they said they are still waiting for the part its now going to take 4 weeks. 4 Weeks came nothing happened, phoned them again they said they will phone me back with an answer. Nothing happened. After my holiday now 8 weeks i phoned them again and they said the part takes 8 weeks to arrive. After ive threatend with the newspaper they came out again. Freezer is still not working and i have made 2 more call outs, and nothing happens not even a call! It is now more than 3 months! Please never buy a Whirlpool their after service is non existing!
