CTM Not honoring there promise on Laminated floor

This was my mail to CTM HQ.

Good day,

Please could someone Urgently contact me regarding my floors.
We phoned and mailed our complaint to CTM and a area agent came out
to see the floors ripped it apart left it like that.
A second person came out Pulled it apart even more and left it as well.
Our first mail was in April, your area agent was at our place on
the 19th of May 2012 the other guy Dirk was here in June 2012,
And ever since he is being giving me the run around. I need this sorted out as I would not like to
resort to serous measures but if I'm forced to i will have no choice but to take the next step.

I spoke to the manager Johan at CTM Brakpan and from the work go he said to me you are waiting your time to put in a complain.
I WOULD LIKE TO WARN EVERY ONE TO NEVER EVER FIT LAMINATED FLOORING TO YOUR HOUSE or Business.
