Whirlpool not responding to non-service complaint

Whirlpool recommended a technician to fix our washing machine. I paid R400 as a call out fee that included labour costs. Whirlpool call centre said that the technician will see us the next day and fix the machine the day after. The techician came to the house on the 13th of Feb, we paid the R400, he left and the machine is still not fixed. After several calls to the service technician his answer is that he is waiting for parts. I contacted Teksa and found the part. The technician refuses to complete the work and said that I should phone Whirlpool. I spent 2 hours on the phone today, left several messages at the call centre but nobody is returning my call or prepared to assist with this query. My reference number at whirlpool is S287900
