My KIC Supercool fridge is still under warranty, the freezer does'nt close properly and over freezes. I log a call with KIC which is actually run by whirlpool. A technician comes out and removes both the freezer door as well as the fridge door.
The technician informs my wife that it is due to abuse that the door does not close properly and therefore the warranty is null and void. He puts both doors back however not aligning them and now they make friction and the fridge door broke at the hinge as well as the freezer door which is now in worse condition.
I emailed them my complaint with support of photographs, however to no avail.
Whirlpool run the KIC appliances but do not want to take responsibility for any faults. Shocking, poor service.
