I bought a car warranty on 15december 2011 from zido cars at benoni for R7000 which was for 2years.this year when i called motorite who are the agents for my warranty i was told that my warranty has never existed nd they have never had it on their system. I was than adviced to call the dealership were i bought the car. I than called the owner of the of zido cars and he tranferred me to one of his administrators who told me that they did pay my warranty to motorite. When i call motorite again, i was told that zido cars have neve sent them the prove of payment and an invoice that i signed so they haven't paid anything to them. Now everytime i call zido's admin i can't get hold of the dat lady. If she is not sick, she's out or wil arrive late.the other staff always take my number but she never get back to me. So it basically means that if i didn't enquire the warranty agents, i could have been robbed that money.even up to date i haven't received a call from the owner nor her admin. I did send motorite a copy of my invoice and they investigated the matter and responded back to me dat they don't have any prove of payment or invoice from zido cars.
