I recently took my car in as it was giving me problems and it was discovered that the car has an engine failure and my warranty states that it covers up to R70 000 to repair the engine, however i received a report stating that the warranty will only cover R12 000 and i have to pay the balance, The total repair bill was R29 719.83 what is the whole purpose of having a warranty and having peace of mind if i still have to pay over and above my monthly contributions? please treat this matter as Urgent as the vehicle is currently at the Range Rover Dealership and they are awaiting feedback from me whether they should go ahead and repair or not.
