Unauthorised claims made

I bought a car from Sterling auto and had 8 month of with the car, from the day I bought the car I had problems and this continued until the day I sold the Chev Captiva registration number XMR 878 GP back to Sterling loosing R 30 000. In that time Sterling Auto made two claims against my Motorite warranty for witch I gave no permission, only when I insisted on the invoices did I notice the claims.

I contacted Motorite to cancel the warranty and notified them about the claims that Sterling Auto made without my consent and that the repairs should have been paid by Sterling Auto. Motorite refused to take the matter further.
