I purchased my Navara 2.5dci bakkie 7 months ago from Mekor in Claremont with Motorite Warranty and Extended Mech Protect warranty.
The bakkie broke down 2 weeks ago in KC parking, towed it to Nissan in Tokai. Nissan called me back to say the flywheel broke off, damaging the clutch and slight damage at the crank... Quote is over R21000 to repair.
Out of the R21000... Motorite will only cover R4800 according to Nissan. Whats even worst is when calling to pursue the extended warranty which by the way is also through Motorite. They cant find my details on the system, this while I have a completed contract in my hands.
What do I do now...?? Bakkie is still at Nissan and waiting to hear from Motorite. (Meeting me even half way would be acceptable at this point.)
