I purchased a Kia Picanto and took an extended warranty as well as a service plan through Motorite. My car has been in initially for the engine to be swapped out under warranty. At the same time, it went for a service. A few months later, it went for its second service with me. Apparently I did not have a service plan with them. Being the first time I had dealt with them personally, I thought maybe it was an admin problem, and assisted in getting all the necessary documents to prove that I did in fact have a service plan. They duly paid for that service. But guess what? On the 4th service down the line, I am again told that no service plan exists for my car! Every service my car goes for, I have the same issue. This is now way more than a simple admin problem! My car still hasnt had its service started, despite being dropped off at 7:30am this morning! I have a family to fetch, and a job to do, that i cant do because of the unneccessary delays! I will never again take any product from Motorite, and makes me wonder why I paid for it in the first place! Extremely frustrated!
