FICA UPDATE

ON 8-3-2013 I HANDED IN RELEVANT DOC FOR FICA AT RIVERSQUARE BRANCH, THREE RIVERS. LORETTA MBALI SAID COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS OFFLINE AND THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE MY ORIGINAL MUNICIPAL BILL WITH HER AND FETCH IT AGAIN ON MONDAY. WHEN I FETCHED THE DOCUMENT SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE FORWARDED DOCS AND THAT MY FICA UPDATE WOULD BE DONE. AS I PAID MY MONTHLY INSTALMENT FOR APRIL AND WANTED TO PURCHASE PERFUME ON MY ACCOUNT, I WAS TOLD MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN BLOCKED BECAUSE NO FICA UPDATE WAS DONE. I SPOKE TO LORETTA ONCE AGAIN AND SHE JUST SAID THAT IT WAS NOT HER FAULT & HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. I PHONED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY REFERRED ME TO THE COMPLAINTS LINE BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM FICA UPDATE DOC WAS NOT RECEIVED. CAROL RAMMUSA FROM COMPLAINTS LINE GAVE ME A REF NR 0804130272/GO, ASSURING ME THAT THEY HAVE INDEED RECEIVED DOCS AND THAT PROBLEM WOULD BE RECTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE 3 DAYS LATER, AFTER A CALL FROM LORETTA STATING THAT MY ACC WAS UNBLOCKED. IT WAS STILL BLOCKED. LORETTA PHONED CUSTOMER CARE AND JOEL MOLEFE SAID IT WAS UNBLOCKED FOR ONLY 1 DAY AND WAS NOT YET SORTED OUT.I REQUESTED PROOF OF THE FAX OF DOCS BUT ONLY REF NR WAS GIVEN. WHY SUCH IGNORANCE???
