Non responsive customer service

I shop at a lot of different Woolworths branches and often ask that a garment is sourced in the right size, no complaint in general, except when you try this at the Paarl Mall branch! It's been three weeks since my enquiry. Their computer were off line and I left my detail in order for them to phone and let me know if they found it. But alas, nothing yet and that is after I went back in 3 days' time to enquire again and was promised a phone call again!
Well done Woolworths Paarl Mall!!!
