Both me and my husband has huge problems with Edgars.

Both of us has had our accounts for several years and use it quite often.

A couple of months ago a consultant phoned me during the day to do a information update, I updated my information as requested. A couple of weeks later I received another call (8 pm) which upset me because it was yet another call to update my information, I told the consultant that it is ridiculous to phone people that time of night and that I have already updated my information. How many times do they want to do an information update?

My husband on the other side never received any calls to do an information update, we then tried to use both our accounts and they told us it was blocked because we need to FICA our accounts. We went to Edgars Menlyn and had the accounts released.

3 weeks ago I went to Edgars and tried to purchase a couple of things and now all of a sudden my account is blocked again. My husband tried to use his account today and the same story, we need to update information.
