I FICA'D a number of times

I FICA'D my account at Jet Secunda and went back after I saw it wasn't done. I also sent e-mails to Edgars. On the 24th and 25th January I e-mailed Mr. Abdul Pillay with all my documents as well, hoping that this will end now. He also told me that my account won't be blocked. This morning when me and my daughter went to Jet we got a print out that told me that my account was blocked due to outstanding FICA documents. When I phoned customer care they told me I must go back to where my acount was FICA'D so they can send them a number that my account can be unblocked. Which means I must drive out MY petrol AGAIN because Edgars slipped up.
