As required by Edgar's last year, all documents for FICA update was done and mailed to your FICA@ Edcon email address, . From October 2012- February 2013 all was fine. I went in the beginning of March this year to purchase something and was told that my account was blocked. I proceeded to phone the call centre and was told by Shiela that my account was fine. Confused!!! I then went as usual at the end of the month to pay my account, and was surprised when I was told she could not accept my payment as my account was blocked, I then proceeded to pay Edgar's Via EFT, so as not to be classified as a bad payer. I then again phoned the call centre to be told my account was blocked for not sending through all the documents required for FICA. Moesa then said he will sort this out and that my account would be unblocked. Now the best part... I went to purchase something from Boardmans on the 19th April 2013, and was told my account has been blocked and my card has been flagged as being. Seriously... Edgars needs to get their systems sorted and their staff trained!! I want this ISSUE sorted out immediately!!!
