FICA HOLD for the 3rd Time

I went to Absa Brooklyn in July and gave in my Fica documents when I changed my surname. Since then I have given my fica docs again. But Absa has put a FICA hold on my account 3 times without any notice or even informing me. I cannot pay at Rastaurants and cannot pay my petrol or draw money. I cannot transfer on internet banking - Nothing. Why on earth keep putting a hold on my account if I did provide fica docs (twice) to Anton Munro at Absa Brooklyn Court branch? This is really getting ridiculous and is cery embarrasing every time. Please sort this out ASAP as I dont want to find out again that there is a fica hold on my account when I get to a atm or paypoint. I might be closing my Absa account in December so if I can just a a problem free account for one month you wont have to worry about my complaints again.
