I bought my son a puma watch in Lichtenburg on the 19th January 2013, we then moved to cape town later that month. in the first week of February the watch got moist inside then I took it took Canal walk store, they then sent it to Johannesburg. it took them nearly 2 months to get it back, and then they still sent it back to the wrong store (waterfront). When I got it back it had scratches on it I told the store assistant about it and he said he will call his area manager and then he will call me back. I then went to the canal walk store and told them I was not happy about it they said they will call there jeweller in Johannesburg and they will let me know what is happening (still no luck there). I went back again to canal walk and ask the lady to call them again to see what they said but the lady on the phone was plain rude and put the phone down. I told them I want a refund but now they say cant give me a refund.
