Bad service on damaged Puma watch

In December I bought an expensive Puma wrist watch from NWJ brooklynn as a 21st present which indicated it was "5 bar water resistant" I enquired the NWJ saleslady and she confirmed that this meant the watch is 50metres wateresistant which is what "5 bar" means. As soon as the watch touched water the face condensed and filled with water droplets. We then returned the watch in January and NWJ sent it back to the supplier. 6 weeks later we were asked to pick up the watch but the watch still had obvious water damage. the saleslady at NWJ said she hadn't noticed and then sent it back again. 4 weeks later NWJ phoned and said the PUMA supplier had said that "5 bar water resistant" did not necessarily mean the watch was water resistant but only splash proof for hand washing etc. I didn't accept this and asked her to sent it back again, she also didn't allow us to get a refund or a new watch because of their wrong information on the watch. We were told we would hear from then in a few days, that was 3 weeks ago. I find this very unprofessional from NWJ brooklyn and PUMA to sell falsely marked products. I hope this issue soon gets resolved and that I hear from them soon about the problem.
