I bought Puma tekkies for my son saterday 25/05/2013 at this store. He showed me on sunday 26/05/2013 that the layers is pulling apart on the front of one of the Puma tekkies. When I spoke to the store manager on 27/05/2013 he said that there is "NO CASH REFUND" Policy, I told him that my son do not wont that tekkies anymore and that he wont to buy diff rend tekkies at one of the other suppliers. He the phone JP (that is his manager) and tell him what I said so I told him that my son do not want Puma's anymore because of the reason above and then he said I must take something else in it's place. No where in the Shop is there policy up and that I as customer do have the wright to give it back with what I am not satisfyde with. He just said that that his there policy and I must take something else and that he will meet me half way with the price if it is more than I paid for the Puma's. Now I took Nike's and my son is no satisfyde with it and there is nothing else in that store that my son likes.
