Bad service on Damaged Puma wristwatch

I bought an expensive Puma watch from NWJ Brooklyn in december as a 21st present which was marked as a "5 bar water resistant" watch which was the main reason I bought this watch. I enquired the saleslady at NWJ if it was 50m water resistant which is what "5 bar" indicates, and she confirmed this. but the first time the watch touched water the watch face filled up with water. We returned to watch in January to be repaired and it was sent in to the Puma suppliers, about 6 weeks later the watch was "repaired" but when we picked it up the obvious water damage was not repaired. The lady at NWJ said she hadnt realized the damage and thereafter sent it back again. About another 5 weeks later NWJ phoned telling me the PUMA supplier claimed that because the watch said "5 bar water resistant" didnt mean it was actually water resistant, but just splash proof for handwashing etc. I did not accept this and ask her to please sent it back and got told I will get a reply in a few days, but havnt heard anything in 3 weeks. We have now been waiting 3 months for this watch, and think is this very unprofessional to sell a product with incorrect product information from PUMA and NWJ brooklyn's side.
