Magnum Iced Ice Cream

I have bought magnum on 3 or more occasions now and the ice cream is too iced inside to eat it... The chocolate on the top layer is fine... but you cant eat the ice cream on the inside due to it being iced...

This is unacceptable for such a popular ice cream to be this way and for us has consumers not being able to enjoy this delicious ice cream!
