In August 2011 I bought puma sneakers on my account.the first time I tried to charge the shoes they did not charge then I went to the store to report the matter, they asked for my prove of purchase & i told them I lost it but it can be traced because I bought the puma sneakers on account.wha they said was that they are sorry they can`t help help me without prove of purchase, I was given a number of the lady by the name of Ronell to call, called her &explained everything to her & she said must take the shoes to the store so that they can send them back to puma to check why are they not charging.i took the shoes to the store so that they can be send back to puma .waited for the store to call me but no one did & I went back to the store to find ou whether the shoes are back from puma & they told me to give them time because it is the festive season they are busy & understood and went back home .even today as I put this on hellopeter I have not receive any feedback as whether totalsports is going to credit my account or I will get the shoes back.
