I bought a watch 2 days ago (21/01/13) at the sterns in vangate mall,
the watch had been to big originaly, and we asked the assistant to size for us, but she didint seem very impressed with us, she initialy made it to small and seemed very irritated when she had to put back the extra stud after trying to convince me it was fine as is,
we left the mall and on our way to canal walk we realised the 1 stud did not have a pin in, we went into the canal walk strens where a very friendly lady helped us when we told her whaT happened,
so she had to take a pin out from 1 of the extra studs to place it into the one that did not have a pin in (so now im missing 1 pin) She also said 1 other pin was half in,
she looked upset on her return and asked us if we bought the watch thad day, to which we replyed yes,
she then showed us how the watch was badly scratched where the studs was taken out,
she apologised and suggested we go back to the store and complain, becaues there was nothing she could do.
i cant go back because i was only in cape town on vacation and had already left,
im truely dissapointed with the treatment i received and now i have to sit with a brand new scratched up watch!
