I complained about 2 weeks ago that we were still waiting for a watch repair after 2months of no response from Guess Watches Canal Walk Cape Town.(ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE 1 DIAMANTE) Well they did respond, as soon as they saw the complaint on Hello Peter they promised us the watch this week Wednesday. When we went to the store on Wednesday to collect the watch they didn't have it, and said they would haveto come back to us. We have just been informed on Friday afternoon that the watch was sent to their store in Sandton City Johannesburg.
This is suppose to be a reputable company. Maybe they are so inundated with watch repairs they can't keep up and therefore are unable to give any proper customer service. Its now 3 months and we still don't have the watch!!!
