Still mile-long queues

I complained about the long queues in Nov & Dec '12 and both times I was told that the problem had been sorted out. On Sat 13 Apr '13 (17h00) the queue situation is worse than ever. 1 till bank was closed & the other 1 the queue was as far back as I could see. I called a manger to complain. I asked why the 1 till bank was closed & why the other queue was so long to which she replied that half the staff were going on a break as the busy time was over. CLEARLY, the busy time was NOT over and wouldn't be for a long time still. The manager kept trying to feed me excuses which I didn't let her finish as I am sick of hearing the excuses as to why the queues are what they are. I dumped the goods I was intending to buy next to the manager who was quite happy to see me leave & the money walk out the door. Edgars has got no respect for their customers but don't mind raking in their money. Most people simply take this treatment or leave without buying & couldn't be bothered to complain. I thought I was doing Edgars a favour by letting them know how bad the situation is. I will no longer be complaining as I will not be spending another cent at Edgars.
