The Edgars at east gate shopping centre has terrible service. I first went to the returns counter and there was only one available till for a long queue of people, waited for 25 minutes! Then proceeded later to buy some clothes and each till section only had two available tills, also with long queues of people. The manager was spoken to but did not provide any solutions! This is just shocking, wasted my day standing in queues! Will never shop here again!
