On Dec. 17, the queue at the ladies/men's section at the Edgars branch in Centurion Mall was VERY long. When 1 customer asked that another till be opened, the lady said: "They are all on their tea break". When I finally reached the front of the queue, I also queried her. She replied: "We work till 9 o'clock, so nobody help you now."
This is Christmas shopping time!!! Does Edgars actually NOT WANT our business?? This attitude of "We don't care" and "Just it up, will you? " is outrageous! At least they could have apologized...??? And maybe called someone to come and help...??! Instead we were just given a VERY cold shoulder.. NOT ON!!
