L went into Game greenstone to buy a few things as a person who is trying to build up my gym l saw 10kg weight plates priced R199.00 (promo barcode next to the plates) only to get to the till and they ring for R260.00. So l tell the Cashier that l saw the plates priced for R199.00. She calls her Supervisor and we both go to were the plates are displayed and we get there she (Susan) says its the price for the 10kg dumbbell set. l ask her where is the 10kg dumbbell set, She points to me a set of dumbbells that is about 3m away from the price barcode. l find this very misleading and unacceptable that as a customer l must do puzzle arrangement of prices. Whether this is human error entrenched with laziness this should not inconvenience the customers because the prices/barcodes we see next to the products is what we expect to pay. As customers we have no time for lectures on why this barcode is here and why it is not where it is supposed to be. Get your house in order we do not have time for this. Worse of all l told Mbekeni the salesperson in that department to fix the barcodes and when l came back after an hour the same barcode is still there. Just utter laziness.
