Lays Chips is on special for R19.00 for 2 packets. Bought 4 - Price rang as R13.00 per packet, no discount / special. Superviser no 40 I think, came to correct it, but MESSED this up, didn't expect anything else. R7.00 was deducted for 2 packets, and R3.50 for the other 2. I took the slip to her, explained to her, but it seems she lost her tongue, can't communicate. Then she came back with R2.50 - I again have to do Spar's work for them, explaining that it is still wrong. It should be R3.50. However, the same problem occur on Friday and after wasting my time, the price is still not corrected and it is now everyone's mistake. Really, this supervisor didn't even apologised, I asked for a manager, she ignored my request. This person doesn't have an idea of how to deal with customers. I assume if I get there on Sunday, the same problem will be there and the same sour person will be there, who by the way was the same one on Friday. Bad Service Spar.
