Dear Edgars in Centurion Mall
You only have five or six ladies' fitting rooms in the whole store. Do you only want a few people to come there? Or do you want those who do come to stand in long queues?
On Saturday morning at 10 o'clock there were three cashiers operating at snails pace and a fourth one busy opening her till. When I went to pay, I stood in the queue for 14 minutes! At least three couples ahead of me put their merchandise down and walked out. That's their wordless way of telling you 'I can get this elsewhere' or 'This looked nice, but if I have to stand and wait this long - I can really do without it.'
Really Edgars, this was about the 15th time I've experienced super long super slow queues at your Centurion Mall branch - regardless of the time of day and day of the week. I just don't go there anymore unless I have to and I've been in the queue for too long, once too often. So... sorry about this posting Edgars, but at this point you deserve it hands down.
