Why is it call customers services???

11 May 2013 Saturday I had went to the Sandton Edgars branch to buy a few things for my baby. When I went to the till to pay for my goods are was told that the card was blocked for updating purposes and I needed to go to the customer services. When I went there, there were 2 queues one for exchanges and one for queries. The one for the queries had only one consultant and the exchange counter more than 5, which was quiet strange considering it was a short queue. In the queries queue there was over 6 customers (one being a pregnant lady) we waited over 15minutes, then my wife decided to ask someone why it took so long. The lady she went up to (named Sherily: the supervisor) just ignored her and just kept quiet and then my wife asked her why is she ignoring she just said the staff are on lunch. That it!!!
We then said nothing n went back to the queue, once we got to the front the lady told us that many customers' cards were blocked since the morning, which means they had enough time to get more people to help out. I've been with Edgars for over 10yrs and with this service I don't think I want to be with them anymore.

I never new customer services would be so pathetic.
