I attempted to buy goods using my credit card. The transaction was declined twice and so I ended up using a different credit card. When I received my statement, it showed that one of the declined transaction had gone through and the money came off my card.
I have been to the store and spoken to the same manager on 4 separate occasions. It has been over 2 months and I have still not been refunded. I am always told I will be phoned and given an update but that never happens.
