CARD DECLINED ALTHOUGH FULLY PAID UP

Our credit card had a balance payable of R 350 due on 30 November. We apid 2 days late on 2 December and were charged a hefty penalty of R 230!
We gave them a few days to process the transaction and tried to use the card in the morning on 5 December but it was declined.
On calling FNB we were told that there was no outstanding balance and the card should not have been declined.
We tried using it again later in the day and it was again declined. They had done absolutely nothing to sort out the problem and we are now on holiday with no access to funds.
"FNB - how can we help you? "... with arrogance and total ineptitude!
