On the 9 Feb 2013 around 12.30 I approached the store car park only to find a vehicle parked across the path of traffic. There were 4 staff all socialising with a car driver ignorant to the surrounding 3 cars that needed to pass or park. I was to approach them, enquire and purchase a set of Mag rims, tyres for my vehicle and 4 Run Flat tyres for my other vehicle. I waited to pass, waited and waited and waited... I was clearly visible, the weather was clear, no hinderences, BUT a clear neglect of customer centricity. Eventually when I got their attention, they neglected to budge or attempt stop their idle chit chat. I squeezed my way through with difficulty. I adviced the gentleman named Ashlin, that this isnt good customer care. An exchange of words transpired when I decided to proceed to the back of the store, turnaround and drive away. As I attemted to do so, I was confronted by Ashlin who rudely enquired, "I thought you were coming into the shop", sarcastically. Another colleague of his named Deon, who I later established was his manager, shouted out at me not to interfere with his staff. He screamed out obscenities and made rude gestures. Will never use TWT anywhere ever again
