I received a notification from Milady's on the 17 May that my account was in arrears by R95 and that I needed to pay it immediately. I went on the same day to Milady's in Killarney to try and pay but the Milady's card machine kept declining my card (the shop assistant attempted to put it through a few times but was unsuccessful). I decided to try at Milady's in Fourways on Saturday 18 May but again my credit card was declined (the shop assistant again attempted to put the transaction through a few times). On May 24 I received a sms asking me to urgently pay the amount of R95. I cannot pay it if my card is only being declined at Milady's. No other shop has declined my card to date. Milady's needs to update their equipment so as not to inconvenience their customers unnecessarily.
