, wanted me to swipe twice for same meal

Yesterday I placed my order and went to the window to pay, giving my card as tender, the lady took my card and as normal put through the transaction, while she had my card i received an sms from my bank confirming the transaction went through
Here is where the interesting part comes, she then quite rudely told me no its declined, and she has to put it through again, not being able to supply a declined slip, i refused this and showed her the sms confirming the transaction, she then again, rudely told me to wait, this was while she spoke over her headset to I'm supposing her manager, who then came and rudely said they have to put it through again because its declined and if it wasn't it would just be reversed. I showed the manager the sms confirming the transaction, she then went away to call her IT dep
After about 10 minutes of waiting at the window the lady said i can drive through to the next window where the manager was waiting for me, saying she needs the last 4 digits of my card for the IT dep, and that i have to wait for 30 minutes in the parking lot, already being late for my appointment i told her i cant wait longer and left, i just want my money back to go spend at a McD's!
